Hongo campus received four short-term international students from KMIT

TNCT(Toyama National College of Technology) Hongo campus received four short-term international students from KMIT(King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Thai), in April 2014. A welcome party was held on Tuesday, April 22nd, welcoming four students and their escort teachers. Almost 50 participants, including faculty members, tutors in the laboratory and the dormitory, long-term international students, and the leadership of the student council, attended the party.
After the opening remarks by the students MC, the Institute President Dr. Ishihara gave welcoming address. Then, the President of the student council, which hosted the party, made a speech to welcome the guests. The participants enjoyed meeting in a friendly atmosphere.
The short-term international students will stay for about month and carry out research under the mentorship of their advisors at electric and controlling engineering department and applied chemistry and chemical engineering department.
